The Daily Gauntlet: seven questions, one shot, same seven for everyone

Every day at midnight Eastern a new set of seven multiple-choice questions goes live. You get one counted attempt, 25 seconds a question, and a board that shows where you landed against everyone else who played that day.

Why people come back

A day streak with shields. Play on consecutive days and your run grows. Every seventh day in a row banks a shield; a shield covers one missed day so a busy Tuesday does not erase a month of work. There is also one free monthly skip for everyone.

A weekly board. Monday to Sunday your daily scores add up. The board resets every Monday, so a newcomer can win a week, not just admire the all-time greats.

The recap. After you finish you get every question back with the right answer and a fun fact, your emoji grid to share, and your rank. You can revisit any day you played from your stats calendar.

Survival and Score Run. Done with today's seven? Keep going: Survival ends on your first wrong answer (the all-time best runs are on a public board) and Score Run lets you send a beat-my-score challenge link to a friend.

Where the questions come from

Over 11,000 questions across 13 packs, written with help from several AI models and then fact-checked by three independent AI checkers before they can appear in the game. Anything any checker doubted was removed. The Daily draws from the general-knowledge pool: a little of everything, easy to hard.
